Décarie Motors, a Montreal-based luxury vehicle company, is currently seeking a bilingual Sales Representative.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Greeting customers with professionalism and interpersonal skills;
- Evaluating the customers' needs to offer potential vehicles that meet their expectations;
- Performing road tests while offering an unforgettable experience to your customers;
- Negotiating agreements for the vehicle’s purchase or rental with the customer;
- Participating in the delivery process.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, within the automotive industry (luxury vehicles);
- Focused on providing superior customer service;
- At ease with computer systems;
- Computer skills (knowledge of One-Eighty software, an asset);
- Excellent communication skills in English and in French, both oral and written (essential);
- Distinguished, flexible, assiduous and motivated team player.
